Effective immediately the upgrade kits will be sold under the following terms:

1. Customer places online order
2. Order details are forwarded Aqua Digital Inc
3. Aqua Digital inc contacts client to arrange shipment of controller to Aqua Digital inc for certified upgrade of the controller
4. Aqua Digital inc will on receipt fit and upgrade the controller and return to client in a fully tested working and upgraded order.
5. This policy is now in line with GHL’s global distribution policy of the upgrade kit.

The new price of the kit includes return fee of ProfiLux

Aqua Digital inc will not be responsible for any cost or liability in the return of the controller to us, this includes any inbound brokerage fees when detailed return policies are not followed.
